Celebrating Ultra Sonar Systems’ strong ties to the Canadian Armed Forces Community Ultra Sonar Systems assists military members and their families weather the unique conditions of their military service Based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Ultra Command & Sonar Systems has provided underwater warfare systems for the CAF, developed to overcome the unique challenges of the undersea environment, for over 75 years. Ultra has supported the Royal Canadian Navy on some of its most critical underwater warfare and maritime surveillance programs. Over the years, many of their employees have proudly served with the Royal Canadian Navy and other elements. This year, Ultra launched the ONE Ultra Forces Charter, which supports their company values and commitment to be a positive force within their local communities. Ultra believes that they have a duty to recognize the dedication and sacrifice of our women and men in uniform. Through this Charter, they ensure that military personnel, Veterans and their families are treated fairly and are not disadvantaged due to military service. Given their strong ties to their local community, and Canadian Armed Forces community at large, Ultra Sonar Systems chose Support Our Troops as their preferred charity. Thanks to their donation of over $34,000, military members and their families can receive support to mitigate some of the challenges that arise due to military service.
